Machines vs Calisthenics?

When it comes to fitness and health, can machines teach you to do this?  Many people hit the gym on a daily basis, but what good is muscle that you can’t use?  Much of the muscle that is trained on Machines in the gym, is unusable.  It’s not feasible.  Tell me something.  In a fight, who do you think would win?  A bodybuilder?  Or someone who uses Body Weight only?  Check out the video below and then decide.
